At We Be Pups, all puppies are started on their series of vaccinations at 6 weeks of age. They receive vaccinations for Distemper, Hepatitis, Respiratory disease, Parainfluenza, and Parvo. Your puppy will have received at least two of their puppy vaccinations by the time you adopted them. Their health record will indicate when they last received a vaccination, the type of vaccination given and the date for their next vaccination. Whatever age the puppy is when we ship him, he will always be up to date on his shots.

Once the puppy has received his initial set of vaccinations, the puppy should be taken to the veterinarian at least once a year for booster inoculations and an annual health exam.

We also start worming the puppy at 2 weeks and administer drops at weeks 2, 4 and 6. At 8 weeks we start them on Interceptor which is then to be administered once a month.
